This privacy policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data and cookies obtained by Global Pet’s Food Sp. z o.o., through its online shop operating at www.ggpf.pl.
- Definitions
- Administrator – Global Pet’s Food Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with registered office in Góreczki at Góreczki 1, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski, KRS: 0000847965 NIP: 6211837525 REGON: 386391168.
- Personal data – information about a natural person who is identified or identifiable by one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, including device IP, internet identifier and information collected through cookies and other similar technology.
- Policy – this privacy policy.
- RODO – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- Cookies – text files stored on the User’s device when using the Website and any other similar technologies used to collect information about the User’s activity on the Website.
- Service – the website operated by the Administrator at www.ggpf.pl.
- User – any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more of the services or functionalities described in the Policy.
- Processing of personal data
In connection with the User’s use of the Website, the Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide the individual services offered.
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of contacting the User and responding to the enquiry.
- Sharing of personal data
Users’ personal data are also passed on to: entities related to the Administrator, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies handling e-payments or companies providing courier services.
- Purposes and legal basis for processing Personal Data
- Contact form
– The Administrator provides the possibility to contact him/her using an electronic contact form. The use of the form requires the User to provide Personal Data necessary to contact the User and respond to the enquiry. The User may also provide other data in order to facilitate the contact or handling of the enquiry. The provision of data marked as mandatory is required in order to accept and handle the enquiry, and their failure to do so will result in the impossibility of service. The provision of other data is voluntary.
– Personal data is processed in order to identify the sender and to handle his/her enquiry sent via the form provided – the legal basis for the processing is the necessity of the processing for the performance of the service contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO); with regard to data provided optionally, the legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
- Type of personal data processed
The Administrator processes the User’s personal data such as name, e-mail address, telephone number.
- Cookies
- The Administrator uses Cookies primarily to enable the User to access the Website and to facilitate the User’s use of the Website.
- The Administrator also uses Cookies for analytical and marketing purposes – but only if the User agrees to this when first accessing the Website.
- Some cookies are temporary files, stored until you log out, leave the site or switch off your web browser. These types of cookies help to analyse web traffic, enable identification and resolution of technical problems and make it easier to navigate the Website.
- “Permanent” Cookies, are stored for the time specified in their parameters or until they are deleted by the User. They help the Administrator to remember the User’s settings and preferences in order to make the User’s next visit more convenient or to provide tailored content.

- Period of processing of Personal Data.
The controller shall process the personal data obtained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were provided. The duration of data processing is related to the purposes and grounds for processing, thus:
- data processed on the basis of statutory requirements will be processed for the period of time during which the law prescribes the retention of the data;
- where the basis of the processing is the performance of a contract, then the data shall be processed by the Controller for as long as it is necessary for the performance of the contract;
- data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller will be processed until the data subject has successfully lodged an objection or the interest has ceased. Data processed for the purpose of asserting or defending against claims will be processed for a period equal to the period of limitation of such claims;
- data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until the data subject withdraws consent;
The processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary for the establishment or assertion of claims or the defence against claims, and thereafter only if and to the extent required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data shall be irreversibly deleted.
- Security of Personal Data
The Controller shall ensure the security of personal data against unauthorised disclosure to unauthorised persons, acquisition of data by unauthorised persons, destruction, loss, damage or alteration and processing of personal data in a manner incompatible with the provisions of the RODO.
- Users’ rights
The Service User has the right to: access to the content of their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time.
Notification of the User’s assertion of his/her entitlement under the said rights should be sent in writing to the address: Góreczki 1, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski, by e-mail to: sekretariat@ggpf.pl.
The administrator shall comply or refuse to comply with the request immediately – within a maximum of one week of receipt.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing violates your rights and freedoms (RODO).
- Final provisions
- In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the RODO and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- The policy is kept under review and updated as necessary.
